Our construction manager provides a cost estimate for the renovation during the search phase and then oversees the project through to the handover of the keys, with on-site supervision available in French, English, or Spanish. We’ve already renovated more than 100 homes in Spain since 2022, and we can also furnish and decorate your property.

Yes, a foreign buyer must obtain an NIE—the foreigner identification number in Spain—before signing the contract at the notary’s office. It is also required to open a Spanish bank account and pay taxes related to the property. We’ll guide you through the process from the very beginning of your project.
